Fall Fashion Through the Years: 1950s

Here we are at part two of our little series!
My personal favorite decades would the the 1940s-50s, so I was excited to do this one.
My rather long hair just wouldn't cooperate with me and refused to hold any curls, so I had to opt for a more Grace Kelly look and pulled my hair in a simple bun.
Grace is my favorite fashion icon from that era, so it wasn't too a big a disappointment for me. *winks

Random Facts from the 50's:

On January 3, 1959, Alaska becomes the 49th state of the US, and on August 21, 1959, Hawaii becomes the 50th state

Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and the rest of the beloved Peanuts gang are introduced to the world

Disneyland opens to the public!

Some of my favorite TV shows air, including Father Knows Best, I Love Lucy, Leave it to Beaver, The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet, Wagon Train, BonanzaRawhide, and Laramie... Who am I kidding? Like every western ever. *heart eyes*

Queen Elizabeth takes the throne after her father dies

NASA is born

Audrey Hepburn makes her screen debut in Roman Holiday

The Cold War beginsThe first McDonald's opens. The price of a burger is 15 cents.

Disney's Cinderella premiers and becomes the one of the highest grossing movies of the year

Elvis Presley first appears on TV and Ricky Nelson begins his career

Grace Kelly marries and becomes the Princess of Monaco

Hula hoops are all the rage, as well as Record-Hops and its the age of crooners, dancing and some of the best music in history

Songs from the decade include:

  • Great Balls of Fire
  • I've Got You Under My Skin
  • When I Fall in Love
  • I Walk the Line
  • Walkin' After Midnight
  • All Shook Up
  • That'll Be the Day
  • Jambalaya
  • Rock N' Roll Music
  • Singing the Blues
  • Tammy
  • Sixteen Tons
  • Love Me Tender
  • Young Love
  • All I Have to do is Dream
  • Be-Bop Baby
  • Down the Line
  • Hound Dog
  • That's Amore
  • Little Bitty Pretty One

Can we just stop and say that Ricky Nelson, Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra are some of the greatest singers to have ever recorded? Just me.... okay then. "They just razz my berries!" (50's slang)

The fashion for the 50's woman was very feminine. Cinched waist and full skirts accentuated the hourglass curves and gloves, hats, earrings and other jewelry kept the outfit glamorous.
Sweaters were very common in fall, and usually paired with a wool skirt, either full and flared or tight and straight.

These cute sets were quite poular

Hair was usually fairly short and curled, although some girls and movie stars wore their's a little longer, like Rita Hayworth . (top photo)

The makeup on the everyday, American girl wasn't always like the Hollywood starlets of the golden era, and most woman opted for the more natural look, focusing on maintained brows, rosy cheeks and full lips. On a night about town, the black 'wing' was used to line the eyes, eye shadow was added and dark mascara was popular, although the experts of the time encouraged blond girls (like me!) to use brown for a much more natural look.

In the 50s, green was worn with green eyes, blue with blue, and so on

Personally, I always preferred Grace Kelly's clean look over
that of Elizabeth Taylor's 'dolled-up' face.

And so I tried the best with what I had on hand! My stubborn straight hair had to be pulled back and thus I look a little bit like a bald man, but it is what it is. *winks*
The sweater I'm wearing is an authentic vintage piece, so that was cool!

And that is all, folks!
It's not as on point as I would have liked, but I don't have the hair or face of a starlet, so you'll have to forgive me. I couldn't get as 'chrome-plated' as I wanted. (yes, more slang)
The skirt with my sister's crinoline beneath was a lot of fun, and Daminika had a hard time taking any pics of me, since I spent a lot of my time doing the Twist so my skirt would bounce around. As they would have said 60 years ago, "It gave me a big tickle!" (I'm just having too much fun with this vintage talk)

Frank Sinatra's catchphrase "Ring-a-ding-ding" is also a lot of fun to say. Say it a couple times, I dare you. Ring-a-ding-ding. Ring-a-ding-ding.

Please don't stop with the requests! I promise I am seeing them.

Later, Gator!

Fall Fashion Through the Years: 1980's

I had a lot of fun with this one!
Since I already dress very similar to the 80s style, it was pretty easy to find pieces to put together for an outfit from the decade.
I only wish I could have found a brightly colored ski jacket (which was popular in the fall and winter), to add that pop of color they were so fond of 30+ years ago, but I did the best I could with what I had on hand.
Before we begin, I thought it would be fun to pot in a few random facts about the decade. Google didn't give me much and I didn't have time for super deep research on the culture of the era, so I do apologize if my facts seem boring. lol

 Facts about the 80's:
  • McDonalds Chicken McNuggets were put on its ever-expanding menu in 1981, changing the lives of children everywhere.

  • The earliest cell phones had huge battery packs and could weigh over 20 pounds.

  • This decade gave us the iconic 'Indiana Jones' franchise, The Karate KidRed Dawn (a thousand times better than the remake), McGyver and Murder She Wrote

  • Ronald Reagan is elected President

  • Mount Saint Helens erupted, dropping her ash all over the world

  • 'Preppries' rise in society, bringing the sophisticated style and the 'money, money, money' attitude. It was the age of rising to the top as fast as you could.

  • Bon Jovi rises to stardom

  • The Cosby Show is popular
Some songs from the decade include:
  • Footloose
  • Don't Stop Believin'
  • I Love Rock N' Roll
  • Eye of the Tiger
  • Amarillo by Morning
  • Africa
  • Forever and Ever Amen
  • Fishin' in the Dark
  • When You Say Nothing at All
  • Down Under
  • Mountain Music
  • Smoky Mountain Rain
  • Livin' On a Prayer
  • I Love a Rainy Night
  • Nobody
  • Queen of Hearts
  • Here I Go Again

There were many musical treasure born in the 1980's! *suppressed squeals*

Scrunchies, bangles, hoop earrings, and big hair defined the era. Stone-washed denim was the rage, as well as big hair, bright colors, padded shoulders, and aerobic wear. The word was 'bold' and they knew how to do it!

note the ski jacket I mentioned earlier

But, thankfully, not all the girls dressed in crazy colors, especially in the fall. Lucky for me, since I don't own anything that isn't neutral!

These two photos are where I got my inspiration from. Unfortunately, I don't own a pair of vintage jeans (I would LOVE some!) so these modern, high-waisted skinny jeans will have to do. They aren't as baggy as the jeans of the time, but they are somewhat stone-washed, so that's a point for me.
I also don't own a pair of vintage shoes, so please don't laugh at my very modern Converses. I did the best I could!
My hair isn't nearly as curly as they would have had it back on the day, but I have always struggled with getting volume out of my heavy strands. I'm sure there were girls in the 1980s with the same problem!
The eye makeup seemed to center around blue and pinks (if they didn't have a million colors. Some did), blush was exaggerated, and lips very PINK.

And there you are! My attempt at a 1980's time tunnel.
I really enjoyed dressing up and trying my hardest to get the colorful eye makeup without looking too crazy. (how did they dare to wear all those crazy colors?)
This outfit could easily be worn nowdays, since the 80's and 90's are very in trend right now. And that's fine by me! I would wear this again! Except the crazy colored socks

Let me know what you thought, and keep the decade requests coming! I will be back with another travel through time in just a bit!

Until then, stay chill and cluuuuuutch.

Autumn, You've Come!

It's that time of year!
When the winds are cold and the mornings are foggy and golden...ahh, I love Fall. And in celebration of one of my favorite times of year, I have decided to do what I've been wanting to do ever since I started blogging all those years ago.
I'd like to do a Fashion Photo Shoot from different decades of the past, and since it's a new season, I'm going to do a Fall theme for each one. I won't be doing them in any specific order (so no 20s, then 30s, then 40s) and would like to keep you surprised.
But I would like some ideas from my followers!

What decade would you like me to do?

Let me know in the comments, and I will see what I can do! If I cannot do your request, its only because I may not have the items available or am not educated enough in that time era. I am very sorry and hope you don't take offense!

So keep those requests coming! Would like to see the 1930s? 50s? Let me know!

Lemongrass Spa Review

My aunt has recently become a consultant for a beauty company called Lemongrass Spa, a company that sells natural, organic beauty products.

She asked me to help her out by hosting a FB party, to get the word out and ect., so I said 'sure why not?'
Because I hosted, I received some free samples to try out and such, and when the party was over, I earned over $50 of free stuff! Plus got a half-off item and ended up spending around $30 for some other stuff.
I decided, since this is a beauty blog after all, to do a fun little review to let all my followers know what I thought of the products and the company.

Lip gloss:

I hadn't used lip gloss in years. Probably since I was twelve years old (give or take a few).
But when a woman above my aunt sent me some samples, I figured why not give it a try. It's free after all.
 And I loved them!
It was a wee bit on the sticky side, but remember I hadn't worn lip gloss in years, so I wasn't used of it anymore. It goes on very smoothly, though, and feels amazingly moisturizing on my dry lips. It also contains vanilla, I believe, and smells so yummy!
She sent me the samples in little containers, (but when you purchase them they will come in tubes) and they aren't even close to being used up. A little bit goes a long way, which I like in any product.
Whenever I have the extra money, I'd like to buy myself a tube...but I can't decide what color!

Body polish:

I used this up pretty quickly, so I never managed to get a photo of it. Sorry about that!
My aunt sent me the Grapefruit Bergamot (a small sample size, so it didn't last long) and I ended up really liking it. I used it once as a quick spa treatment on my hands and it turned them baby smooth. I also tried it on my underarms before shaking and it really helped keep away razor rash!
It is a little oily for those used to the fake sugar scrubs from the drugstore, so I thought I should give you a warning.
I had purchased a 'sugar scrub' from the drugstore just days before and noticed how, even though the store-bought stuff did exfoliate and help with razor rash on my legs, it did dry my skin out if I didn't make sure to put some lotion or body oil on afterwards.
I looked at the ingredient list and there wasn't a trace of sugar listed!

So I definitely recommend this body polish to anyone looking for a healthy way to soften your skin, rid yourself of razor bumps, or just give yourself a pamper. It even helps with rough heels.

Body icing:

This also came in a small, sample size, and again, a little bit goes a long way. I like to use it on my hands after doing the dishes. It is oh so smooth and smells like a limesicle or jello!
I would purchase this full-size (probably in a different scent, just because I'm not what I think about smelling like a bowl of pudding all day long. lol) and I know it will last me for quite a while.

lip balm:

This is also a product my aunt sent me to try (she sent me peach belini) and I have been loving it. Very lightweight and moisturizing for my dry lips, and tastes good. lol
Don't worry, I don't go around licking my lips, but when you have something near your mouth, you're going to get a taste of it now and then. Which is why I love that these are safe and no-toxic!

lipstick:

I love, love, love this stuff!
Lipstick tends to be rather heavy and smells bad, right? Not Lemongrass Spa!
I can hardly tell when I have it on, and it goes on smoothly and discreetly. I ordered this in the Princess Pearl shade, and it's a very pretty pink. Maybe a wee bit too dark for my coloring, but still very feminine and natural, and I don't feel painted when I have it on.
I will buying this product again and again. And can we appreciate how pretty the tube is?

mascara:

Ladies, there is coffee in this mascara. Need I say more?
Because I'm blond, I purchased the dark brown shade instead of black, and it's very easy to apply and very pretty. It doesn't clump and is actually a little water resistant, so even when I'm sweating during the summer, it doesn't smudge or run.
Also, it has rice extract to help with lash growth!
I was greatly pleased with this one.

eye shadow:

I have been using Beeyoutiful's mineral eye shadow for quite few years now, but when I earned free products, I decided to give Lemongrass's makeup a try.
They have loose powder eye shadows like I purchase from Beeyoutiful, but I wanted to try this baked palette instead. It was cheaper to get this one instead of a three-piece loose powder set.
It goes on very nicely, has a slight sparkle to it like most mineral makeup does, and doesn't set my very sensitive, contact lenses-wearing eyes to tearing or turning red.
I use the dark brown in the crease, the lighter brown on my lid and *whispers* on my brows, and the light on my brow bone, inner corners, and sometimes on the tip of my nose as a highlighter.
 Very satisfied!

body wash:

Smells amazing, feels amazing, and leaves my skin oh-so-smooth! Love it!

skincare kit:

And last but not least, this amazing set of nectar for the skin.
My skin has been soooo clear since using this, I'm in awe, and will definitely try to purchase more when I run out.
The facial wash does kinda have a strange smell; I think it's the prebiotics I'm smelling. But the end result makes up for the scent.
You only need a small amount, so hopefully it'll last for a while!
After washing, I spritz my face with the rosewater, which smells like spring, and leaves my skin feeling fresh, but not tight as some toners do.
And I finish up with this face creme, which feels like silk on my skin. *happy sigh*

And there you have it!
My opinion on this newfound beauty line.
I love the products, the bottles, the packaging...Just look at the moisturizer's bottle! It's so aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
So if you have been eyeing these products for a while, but aren't sure if you are willing to take the risk, this stuff is amazing!

I rate it ten stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just The Way You Are

Hello, my beauties!
I know, it's been quite a while. Life, you know?
Right! Onward!

Today I want to talk about something that I believe bothers a lot of girls and women: our bodies

I personally struggle with this; feeling 'chubby' and just kinda 'loose', you know? I don't necessarily feel fat, (a word girls commonly use to describe their bodies) but I always feel like I could be thinner, fitter.
On bad days it can kind of an obsession; as I flip though magazines or browse through Pinterest and see all these super-skinny models with their long, lean limbs and thin faces. I sometimes feel like crying as I look down at myself, feeling frumpy and as thick as a tree trunk.
My main insecurities revolve around my arms and lower body, since I don't have the thinnest upper arms and I have always felt too wide in the hips area.

I'm telling you this because I want you to realize that we all have our insecurities and worries when it comes to our bodies, but it needs to stop.

God crafted you with His own hands, to be a special, unique individual. To be beautifully you.
Comparing ourselves to others has always been the downfall of many a female(I hear men do it, too!) and all it does it create discontentment and depression.

We look at that thin girl with the tiny waist, slender arms and long legs and feel that our not-so-tiny waist is the size of a watermelon, our arms look like sausages and our legs are short pudgy things.
But we're wrong! No, no, we're beautiful!
I have heard girls say things like. "I wish I could look like you."
 Me? What now?
It's a never-ending cycle. The 'skinny' girls want to be more rounded, the 'curvy' girls want to be thinner, and we juggle diets, and exercise, and soon we become anxious and depressed. We can't achieve "that girl's" body and at some point, we're going to break down.

We all fall into this little trap without meaning to. All our focus is on ourselves instead of others.
I know personally, how hurtful it can be to have someone thinner and "prettier" than you to constantly say, "Oh, I am so fat. I'm so ugly."
Tears sometimes well in your eyes and sometimes you even feel angry. You want to scream at them, "You're gorgeous, I'm not! How dare you complain!"
Without meaning to, I find myself sometimes doing the same thing, though, and have other girls react in that way.
No one, not even you (who thinks of yourself as chubby or skinny, or ugly) has the right to complain.
 Because guess what?
If you're created with wider hips and shorter legs, no dieting or exercising in the world is going to change you. That's you.
And why would you want to change? You're gorgeous, just the way you are!

I believe in being healthy. Eating the correct amount of nutrients, keeping a low sugar intake, and I do think exercising is very good for your heart, lungs, and muscles.
That being said, it should not become your life.
Being healthy is a lifestyle, yes, but it's not your life.
And if you are having a bad day, and just want to eat chocolate, and cake, and snacky foods, it's not terrible if you do allow yourself that.
Because we can't be healthy all the time! Don't stress about it.
I was so worried about staying fit, keeping slim, eating my veggies and cutting out carb, it became almost an idol for me. I worked out until my legs were aching, my arms sore, but I really didn'y get that much slimmer. So I did more. And more. And I became frustrated.
I was revolving my life around my body.

I wasn't putting my focus on the Lord, I wasn't striving to correct myself in places I have failed, I wasn't even caring about the state of my heart. Just how flat my tummy was.
I had to realize that life wasn't about me. It was about serving the Lord.

The person reading this post right now.
I want you to sit back, and close your eyes, and take a breath.
Now remember what a loving God you have. Think about the mountains, the rivers, the trees, flowers, birds... all the many wonders of nature and the world.
Now think about this: The amazing God that created all of those beautiful things, the things that bring a smile to your face, thought the world needed one more beautiful thing.

You.

Now smile. Because you're beautiful, just the way you are, and when people look at you, they see a wonderful person. A jewel. A treasure. Not a size or number.

I want you to always remember that.

Have a blessed day, beautiful.

Remember, you're the daughter of a King. You're a princess, you're beautiful and you're loved.

Norwex Cloth

This Christmas I was super excited to find not one, but two Norwex face clothes in my stocking, and I could hardly wait to try them out.
Now, I have to admit I was pretty skeptical when I first heard of them.
I mean, washing your face with only a cloth? No soap? Nothing? How is that sanitary?
But, seriously, I don't know if I'll ever be able to go back to my old cleansing routine after this.
I LOVE these things! <3
At first, my skin didn't feel all that different, but after using the cloths every morning and every night, for about a week, I noticed a change in my complexion.
My skin was less splotched, smoother, and had a healthy glow to it.
And it feels better than it has ever felt before. Honestly, I can't even tell you how wonderful it feels to use these cloths.

My parents gave me two cloths, one body cloth and one makeup remover cloth.
In the morning, I take the body cloth, wet it with hot water, wring it out slightly (this is recommended because I have dry skin) and wipe my face.
I can get a little aggressive sometimes, when I'm deep in thought and forget what I'm doing, and my skin will get a little red from all the scrubbing, but it isn't too bad.
The cloth exfoliates your skin while washing, so you don't have to scrub too hard, but don't be scared of rubbing. I like to rub in circles on my cheeks and around my jawline, because that's where I tend to have dry, dead skin.
I also like to exfoliate my lips just slightly with the cloth, because they can be dry, too.
Once my face is clean, I rinsed the rag one more time, wring it out, and hang it up to dry for later use.
Then I spritz my face with toner, rub in some moisturizer and primer, and go on to my makeup routine. Easy pie.

In the evenings, before I use the makeup removed cloth, I like to rinse my face with some warm water and wash all my mascara away (I use natural mascara that comes off easily), only because I don't like to get the black all over my cloth.
Those of you who feel like the whole point of the cloth is to skip splashing in water like a dog, you don't have to do this. The cloth removes mascara easily.
After that, I wet my makeup remover cloth, and wipe all the makeup away. Rinse the cloth, then hang it up to dry until tomorrow.
Just to make sure my skin is thoroughly clean, I follow with the same cloth I used that morning.
Again, I spritz my face with some toner, massage in some jojaba oil, and crawl in bed, with glowing, clean skin.

To clean my makeup remover cloth, I boil it in water for ten minutes, once a week.

And I am new to this whole Norwex facial thing, so I may be doing this all wrong, but it has worked for me so far!
I am greatly impressed with these handy little cloths, and definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to give them a try.

Remember, you're the daughter of a King. You're a princess, you're beautiful and you're loved.

Strengthen the Dwelling of the Lord// Tips for a Healthier Body

It's that time of year, when the cold and flu comes around.
How many of you just can't afford to be sick right now? I know I am much too busy to deal with sniffles, coughs, fevers, and aches.
Of course, we can use the usual precautions; vitamins, supplements, ect.
What about being healthy, in general, during any season?
I personally have some health issues that I can't really do too much about. I have had seasonal allergies since I was a baby, and although I have learned that some vitamins and supplements can help keep it bearable, nothing makes it go away.
So I know that there are issues a person can't do anything about. Some things just hold us back from being 'healthy' by people's standards.
But there are some things we can do, to keep our body functioning the way God intended it to, and help us to feel good and look good.
Besides the VERY obvious things like healthy hygiene, avoiding terrible things like drugs and alcohol, and keeping yourself from other wicked habits, there are small things you can do to keep yourself healthier for much longer.
 Here are some tips:

Get outside.
How many times do you take a walk outdoors? Sit on the front porch or back patio with your coffee or tea, letting the sun kiss your skin or the cold air nip at your cheeks?
No matter the weather, a person should try to get outdoors every once in a while.
Vitamin D is something your body really needs, and nothing can give it to you like the warming rays of the sun.
Raining? No problem. You have a jacket with a hood, haven't you? No? Get one.
I'm not saying to truck outside in the pouring rain and lightening, every single day.
But when you're feeling down, droopy, lazy... Fresh air is so good for you. Not only for your physical welfare, but your mental.
There's nothing more refreshing than a cold breeze. It uplifts your body and soul.

Water
Now I want you to think. How many glasses of water do you consume in a day? One? Two?
I can't even begin to tell you all the benefits of filling your body with good, clean water.
It hydrates your skin, which chases away acne, hydrates your body.
If you're big into following model or celebrity lives, you'll find that they love their water.
I've watched 'morning routine' videos of models and they drink enough water to float a battleship.
The first thing they do when they wake is drink a glass of water. Then they brush their teeth. Then they go downstairs. Drink some more water. Make breakfast. Drink some more water. Eat breakfast. Drink some more water.
Girls, I'm not exaggerating. It's pretty crazy.
I'm not saying you have to be so extreme, but the point is, drinking plenty of water is very good for you body, and guess what? It'll help keep those munchies under control.

Speaking of munchies...
Now here's something most people don't like to hear, but it must be said.
Less 'snacky foods'
I know you love your doughnuts, and your cakes, and your fancy coffees from the coffee shop, and I'm not saying to do away with them entirely.
 But keep it in moderation.
How many times a week do you gobble down just one cookie? Everyday? That's still seven cookies, even if you've spaced them out. Not bad, but you could do better.
One coffee a day? That's seven coffees a week.
I'm not gonna lie. I love chocolate, (I NEED chocolate) and I love pretzels, and pies....but I have learned that if I don't keep those cravings under control, I just feel nasty.
If I've been eating more 'Cheese Nips' than normal, I feel bloated, off-balance, and even my skin reacts as acne begins running up my jawline. It's not a pretty picture.
There are plenty of diets out there that promise you'll feel better, and some help temporarily, but to truly look and feel better, it's a complete lifestyle change.
My dad was diagnosed diabetic, and struggled to keep his sugars under control. It wasn't until he and my mom began to follow the THM (Trim Healthy Mama) diet that he began to improve drastically.
It's a very good diet, and I feel like it makes sense, but I personally have not felt the need to change the way I eat that much. Yet.
I guess what I'm saying is, you don't necessarily have to follow a certain diet.
I try to give myself one day a week where I let myself eat whatever I want. A lot of people will tell you that isn't very good, but it has helped me to lose weight and feel better.
And a lot of times, on my cheat day, I don't even want to eat any junk, because I know what it will do to me.
So all in all, if you cut way back on your sugar and junk (chips, pretzels, COFFEE) you'll see results, even without a fancy diet.

Exercise
I know, I know, you hate working out. Or you don't have time.
But do you realize how much better you would feel if your body got a little healthy exercise at least once a week?
There's more to working out than losing weight. It exercises your lungs and your heart, which will better your health in general, and more fit your body is, the less tired it is when you have to do something a little more strenuous than usual.
So here are my tips for getting more exercise in your day.
Are you a chatty person who likes to call her friends? When you make or get a phone call, throw on your jacket and take a walk outside, even if it's back and forth from your porch to your driveway. You'll be surprised how much walking you've done in just thirty minutes (or however long the call is).
Couch potato? You really should break that habit, but did you know there are exercises that you can do on the couch? Youtube them. I dare you.
The next time you're binge-watching Doctor Who or whatever kids watch nowadays, do some jumping jacks. Sit-ups.
You'll be distracted by the movie and almost forget you're working out.
And then of course, there's the usual hiking, walking down the road, push ups, crunches.
My brother has a punching bag that I will wander out to hit for a while, but I think it just works away my stress more than anything. But hey, that's good, too.
Push yourself a little more with each workout, and you'll feel so much better when it's all over.

Get Off Your Phone
We are all guilty of this terrible habit.
You sit down on the couch with a smoothie, and naturally you grab your phone to take a pic. The next thing you know you're scrolling through Instagram. Facebook. Twitter. Whatever social media apps there are out there. (I don't keep track, nor do I really care)
You spend at least thirty minutes a day on Youtube. You snap your friends because your bored. You watch some random documentary on fish that somebody shared on FB. You go to a family gathering and play games on your phone, instead socializing with the people you love the most.
Hours of screen time. And that is very unhealthy, for both your body and your mind.
The damaging rays are harsh on your skin, and your brain. You feel like a walking zombie afterwards, and are cranky and out of sorts.
Who do you tell good morning first? Your family or your phone?
What's the last thing you see before turning out the light? Your phone screen?
All I can say about this is STOP and think the next time you reach for that phone, Ipad, laptop... do I really need to be on here? Can it wait?

Again, as I say every time. I am not condemning anyone with this post. I am simply giving tips for a healthier lifestyle and hope you realize, I fail in these areas as much as the other person.

Have lovely day, friend!

Remember, you're the daughter of a King. You're a princess, you're beautiful and you're loved.
